Anyone got any great tips for time management and general organisation?

I'm the first to admit I'm less than organised and my time management leaves a lot to be desired.

I spent quite a bit of time researching the subject recently and stumbled across this video of a talk by Randy Pausch, a lecturer at an American university who'd recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. His lecture on time management is absolutely essential viewing. I can't recommend enough finding an hour to sit down and watch it. The guy is a true inspiration and his hints and tips are more prescient given his situation.
